While spending time in nature, in a pleasant atmosphere, it was a great source of happiness for us to support the harvest of tangerines that will bring hope to our children with leukemia. Contributing to this meaningful project, feeling a sense of solidarity and growing goodness made us all deeply proud.

It has been resolved that Dürümle Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., whose details are provided above, as the transferring company, and Tavuk Dünyası Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., whose details are provided above, as the acquiring company, shall merge pursuant to the relevant articles of the Turkish Commercial Code, and this matter was registered by the Trade Registry Office on 31.07.2025.
Pursuant to Article 157 of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, it is hereby announced that the creditors of the transferring company may, within three months from the registration date of 31.07.2025 on which the merger became valid, apply with their documents to the address Aydınevler Mah. Siteler Yolu Sk. No: 1a İç Kapı No: 5 Maltepe/Istanbul and request that their receivables be secured by the acquiring company.
