Investors’ restaurants must meet the physical conditions specified by Dürümle during the application process.The restaurant must be at least 120 m², and its frontage width should be at least 6 meters.The site must have food-compatible technical infrastructure and should be located in areas with high pedestrian and vehicle traffic, preferably close to main roads for easier delivery operations.The proposed location will be inspected and approved by Dürümle representatives before the lease is finalized.
Currently, franchise applications are accepted only for street-front (high-street) projects.
